"West Coast Auto Body is absolutely SUPERB, in every sense of the word!! Getting in a car accident is never a fun time. Recently, I was in need of an auto body shop. The first thing that came to mind was to Yelp for one.

Having a career in Procurement, I naturally sourced it out. I attained 5 estimates and WCAB was honestly not the cheapest (they were not that far off from lowest), but I believe that you get what you pay for, in most cases.

When I was reviewing the estimates, I kept thinking of my encounter with Frank Alejo, the General Manager at WCAB. I could not get over how honest, friendly, courteous, helpful and informative he was with regards to my need at the time for car repairs and general questions. It was so refreshing to speak to him and get honest answers. Based off of this amazing first impression and the clear indication that Frank really does care about his customers, I decided to award WCAB the business.

THANK GOD I did! The job they did on my car was magnificent! Not only did my car look better than ever before, it was done in 3 days in comparison to a minimum time-frame of 1-2 weeks everywhere else. I was at a lost for words with the job Frank and the team at WCAB did on my car. This place is a well run oiled machine. The team is full of knowledgeable, friendly people who are great at communicating with you. Frank's amazingly professional and caring demeanor truly rubs off and trickles down to everyone else at WCAB. I am very fortunate and lucky that I decided to take my car here. Not only was my car repaired to perfection, but Frank and the team understand the value of "the details." It was washed and waxed. My headlights also had built up corrosion from not cleaning them over the years. Not a problem, WCAB took care of that for me as well, at no extra charge. What more can I say... Unbelievable experience! Plain and simple. Please, please do yourself a favor and only go to WCAB for your car repair needs. Frank and team will definitely take care of you. "I wanna give a big shout out to West Coast auto body in City of Industry for the impressive work they did on our 2007 Subaru. I had a few unfortunate things happen to the vehicle and needed repairs quickly. I called up the appropriate people to help out with the damages, and the car was soon dropped the car off at West Coast. Frank, (General Manager) was immediately responsive to what I needed repaired. We did a walk around the vehicle and when I thought I had pointed out to him the majority of the damages, he pointed out several additional things that I had missed, which showed me he had a good eye. Then we did another quick overview of the repairs, he assured me that the vehicle would be taken care of, and I was on my way. Before I left, I also found out that the main painter who does all the Subarus at the shop owns an STI. So, it was great to know that my Subaru was in good hands. Frank kept me informed throughout the process with a few phone calls for over the course of the next two weeks which kept my mind at ease. After just 15 days, I got a call and was told the vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I arrived the following day, I found that the vehicle, which was once a little rough in some spots, now looked brand new! I was thoroughly impressed! The shop used all OEM parts and the paint is deeper and brighter in color. But more importantly, the ease, and professionalism displayed throughout the entirety of this process impressed me most of all." —Jared P., Canyon Country
